Expanding into Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Consultancy
At Samakalin Design and Infrastructure, we are now expanding our services into Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Consultancy. This step reflects our long-standing commitment to responsible architecture and our belief that the future of design must be deeply rooted in sustainability.
As the built environment continues to play a critical role in energy consumption and environmental impact, there is an increasing need for design approaches that are efficient, resilient, and resource-conscious. Over the years, our work has naturally evolved to incorporate sustainable principles, and this transition into dedicated ESD consultancy is a continuation of that journey.
Through this new vertical, we aim to integrate performance-driven design strategies into our projects focusing on energy efficiency, thermal comfort, daylight optimization, and overall environmental impact. Our goal is to support clients in creating buildings that are not only functional and aesthetically strong, but also environmentally responsible and future-ready.
To lead and strengthen this initiative, we are currently looking to onboard an Energy Modelling Expert who will play a key role in establishing and growing our ESD division. This role will focus on building performance analysis, simulation-driven design inputs, and helping us deliver data-informed sustainable solutions across our projects.
